This stunning Jersey family pub/restaurant boasts a great menu which champions local fish and seafood, as well as offering amazing chargrilled steaks and burgers, not forgetting their famous sticky pork belly ribs.
The restaurant opened in March 2009 and provides excellent high quality fresh food in comfortable surroundings.
The Bass & Lobster is well known throughout the Island for championing fresh local produce. Being so close to the sea there is a real emphasis on fresh fish. He speaks daily with fishermen to select the finest produce and hand dived scallops can be served just hours after leaving the sea.
The Bass & Lobster supports local farmers who provide both excellent meat and vegetable produce. Roger’s uncomplicated style of food means you can enjoy food at it’s finest. Whether it’s for a leisurely lunch, enjoying champagne and lobster or a family get together where the kids can choose more than just chips! You can be sure that the food is fresh and cooked to perfection.
