What is Black Rock Grill?
It is a unique, and creative way to dine, making sure your steak is cooked the way you like it. The 10oz steaks are presented raw with a heated 440 degrees centigrade volcanic rock to cook your steak on (So no touching!) Served with fries, salad, and a bottle of Seymour Centenary red or white wine to enjoy with it. Children can order from the Jersey Joe’s menu, followed by entertainment in the Star Room.
