- Customers who forget their appointment will forfeit their voucher
- Heavily soiled ovens will incur an additional charge of £20 payable at the time of appointment
- If you require your cooker hood or hob cleaning at the same time please book this prior to your appoitment
- Prices will be quoted to you before the work is commenced
