Q.How often should I clean my oven?
A. We recommend that you clean your oven at least twice a year, preferably
quarterly, not only for aesthetic reasons but also for hygiene reasons.
Q. After cleaning my oven, how long do I have to wait before I can use it?
A. As we only use non-caustic, non-toxic and 100 % biodegradable cleaning
products, you can use it straight away.
Q. Do you clean door glasses?
A. Yes, we clean all of the doors,including the glass with our specially
formulated glass cleaner, so that you have a perfect view of what you are
cooking.
Q. Do you clean stainless steel?
A. Yes, we clean stainless steel with a specially formulated product for a perfect finish.
Q. Do you clean the grill pan and oven trays as well?
A. Yes, we can place most types of pans in our specially designed dip
tank. There is an additional charge of £5 per pan/tray.
Q. Will this be mess in my house?
A. We promise to leave no mess. We take pride in our homes so we take extra care when we are in yours.
Q. How long does it take to clean my oven?
A. It takes approximately 1-2 hours for a single oven or 2-3 hours for a
double oven. This is a thorough deep clean of your oven. We not only clean
the parts of the oven that you can see, but also parts that you cannot
see. We take great pride in ensuring the best result, every time.
Q. Can you clean my hob and cooker hood at the same time?
A. Yes, we can also clean most types of hobs and cooker hoods. Prices start at £10.00 to clean a hob and £20 to clean a cooker hood.
The unique, specially formulated oven cleaning products are non-toxic, non-caustic and are 100% biodegradable which means that it is safe for you, your children, your pets and the environment and best of all there is no nasty smell of chemicals.
Diamond Shine can also provide other services such as Carpet Cleaning from £20 per room, Domestic and Upholstery Cleaning. Please feel free to inquire about these when you make your booking.
Please note that parking is essential at your property as immediate access is required to the van mounted dip tank, please do not buy this deal if you do not have parking.
