As an introduction to Physiotherapy at The Wellness Centre (Castle Quay), we are offering a special ‘YOU MOVE’ Digital Posture & Movement Health Check for only £ 29.00 (normally £ 60).
A good posture is so much more than standing up straight to look your best. It is an important part of your long-term health. Making sure that you hold your body the right way, whether you are moving or being still, can prevent pain, injuries, and other health problems.
This Health Check (30 min) includes 1) brief History 2) Digital PostureScreen Assessment and 3) Digital Functional MoveScreen Assessment. The results will be discussed with you on the day and relevant advice given. You will also receive an email with all findings from the assessment.
Whether you are suffering with a specific injury, would like advice regarding postural improvements, or how to enhance sports performance this is the check-up for you. The ‘YOU MOVE’ Health Check is suitable for anyone (over the age of 18).

PostureScreen allows for quick and accurate digital assessment of a patient’s posture and enables detailed reports to be sent to your computer, tablet or smartphone within seconds! Trained Healthcare Professionals make use of this powerful software (digital postural analysis) to perform postural assessments on patients and in combination with a wider clinical picture and knowledge can determine the overall health of ones postural muscle balance.
Digital Functional MoveScreen Assessment
Using a highly accurate, HIPAA compliant software for trained professionals, your functional movements will be accurately and objectively evaluated. You will be asked to perform a few easy movements such as a squat, which a Physiotherapist will analyze with the help of technology and quickly determine the overall health of your movement patterns.
